About Patrick West
Mr. West is admitted before the State Bar of Texas and the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas. His practice is concentrated in the areas of consumer and business bankruptcy, reorganization and debt restructure. He has been helping people navigating the bankruptcy process since he became an attorney twenty years ago. He also assists people in resolving IRS tax collection actions. He has a proven track record and vast experience representing individuals and businesses in financial distress.
Readers of Fort Worth, Texas Magazine have named him one of the “Top Bankruptcy Attorneys” in Tarrant County by Fort Worth, Texas Magazine, a publication of Fort Worth, Texas the City’s Magazine in 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2011, 2012 and 2013. He graduated with a B.A. with honors from the University of Texas at Arlington. He received his Juris Doctor in law from the Dedman School of Law at Southern Methodist University, where he was elected treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta legal fraternity. He is a member in good standing of the Texas State Bar Association.
